Diabetes, a condition that affects millions, requires continuous monitoring, management, and care. At Pax Internal Medicine Associates, we emphasize the importance of strong physician-patient partnerships in achieving optimal health outcomes for those with diabetes. Dr. Amanambu consults with you, listens, and tailors your care to your individual needs.
The Power of Collaboration
Dr. Amanambu and our dedicated team believe that diabetes care is a collaborative journey. When patients are well-informed, actively involved in decision-making, and feel valued, the results are often better. An informed patient is more likely to adhere to medication, make necessary dietary changes, and monitor their blood sugar levels regularly. What better medical care than the one you are actively involved in!
